The Bright Beginnings Foundation Bursary will be awarded to Surrey students who are in need of financial assistance to attain post-secondary educational goals. Such students should also demonstrate a good work ethic and the academic potential required to succeed in attaining a post-secondary education.

The successful candidate(s) will receive a diploma or bachelor’s degree from an accredited British Columbia public university, college or trade school. BBF financial support will include items such as tuition, student fees, text books and course materials.
